After over 20 years in Sanford, we have found that the quality, style and appearance of an item is what sells!

1. Consignor drop-offs any time!
2. Name brands and designer labels on all sizes of clothing, footwear and
accessories.
3. FASHION is the key - Trendy, up-to-date styles and fabrics.
4. Excellent, like-new condition; no stains, picks, missing hooks/buttons.
5. In Season, CURRENT styles.

Our schedule for accepting items for each season is as follows:

February -August Spring & Summer styles
September - January Fall & Winter styles
We accept formalwear, jewelry and top designer shoes & handbags year-round! We also accept bed comforter sets, and other knick-knacks….

All clothing MUST BE clean, ready to wear. ( the only acceptable hangers are clear plastic hangers with the steel top) if possible or neatly folded. This is time consuming, but it gives clothing a newer, crisp appearance and allows your items to be tagged faster and at a better selling price.

Consignments are as follows (per signed contractual agreement):

1. 60/40 split of selling price; markdowns at 30-60-90 days and when deemed necessary to move inventory.
2. 90 - day consignment period. Formal wear, designer brand handbags & shoes consignment period is up to one year.
3. Uncollected fees will be forfeited to MSCCB after a lapse of 90 days from End-of-Contract date.

All items not sold will be donated at the end of the 90 day period excluding designer labels, formal wear and handbags.
